Bearing Coaxiality

Misaligned bearings cause severe motor vibration and noise (NVH). We utilize single-setup 5-axis CNC machining to guarantee strict coaxiality between the front and rear bearing bores.

Stator Press-Fit Tolerance

The inner diameter must perfectly accommodate the stator shrink-fit without cracking the housing. We maintain tight ±0.01mm internal tolerances to ensure a secure, flush assembly.

Water Jacket Integration

For liquid-cooled motor designs, we manage complex internal coring and strict flatness control on mating surfaces to prevent coolant leaks into the electrical cavity.
