Engine Mount Bracket

Structural aluminum die casting engineered for high tensile strength, vibration dampening (NVH), and fatigue resistance under continuous dynamic loads.

Manufacturing Challenges We Control

Delivering load-bearing engine brackets requires strict management of fatigue strength, internal porosity, and chassis alignment.

Fatigue Resistance

Brackets must absorb severe engine vibrations without cracking. We utilize structural-grade alloys (like A356) and optional T6 heat treatment to significantly improve yield strength and prevent fatigue failure.

Porosity-Induced Weakness

Internal voids act as stress concentrators where cracks originate. We utilize Vacuum HPDC and Moldflow analysis to ensure a dense, void-free cross-section, strictly verified by in-house X-Ray flaw detection.

Chassis & NVH Alignment

Mounting bores must perfectly align with the chassis and rubber bushings to control NVH. Our multi-axis CNC centers guarantee strict positional tolerances, ensuring flawless drop-in assembly.
