Flange Flatness & Sealing

Uneven mating surfaces cause continuous oil weeping. We utilize precision CNC milling to maintain strict flatness tolerances across the entire flange, ensuring a reliable RTV silicone or gasket seal.

Baffle Integration

Oil pans require deep draws and internal baffles to prevent oil starvation during cornering. We optimize draft angles via Moldflow to ensure complete cavity fill without cold shuts or flow marks.

Porosity & Cleanliness

Micro-porosity leads to leaks, while machining burrs can destroy an engine. We apply Vacuum HPDC to control voids, and employ precision deburring to meet VDA 19 technical cleanliness standards.
