Modern battery packs are often sealed via Friction Stir Welding (FSW) or strict gasket bolting. Our castings provide the uniform material density and precise flatness required for defect-free joining.
Corrosion Resistance
Exposed to harsh underbody environments, housings must resist salt spray and chemical attack. We apply automotive-grade surface treatments like chromating and e-coating to extend component lifespan.
