Strict Bearing Coaxiality
Gear misalignment destroys transmissions and causes severe NVH issues. We utilize single-setup 5-axis CNC machining to guarantee strict concentricity and positioning tolerance across all internal bearing bores.
Complex Internal Coring
Valve body interfaces and internal fluid passages require highly intricate mold designs. We optimize slider mechanisms and draft angles via Moldflow to ensure complete cavity fills without flow marks.
Fluid-Tight Sealing
Transmission fluid leaks cause critical pressure drops. We mitigate micro-porosity using Vacuum HPDC and maintain high-precision flatness on all mating surfaces, verified by inline air-decay testing.
