Precise Oil Sealing

Oil leaks are the primary failure mode for head covers. We utilize multi-axis CNC machining to achieve strict flatness and precise surface roughness (Ra) within the gasket grooves, ensuring a reliable, long-lasting seal.

Porosity Mitigation

Micro-porosity can lead to oil weeping under pressurized, high-temperature conditions. We employ optimized gating systems and Vacuum HPDC to strictly control internal voids, verified by X-Ray flaw detection.

NVH & Thin-Wall Integrity

Valvetrain components generate significant noise and vibration. Our casting designs incorporate optimized ribbing to dampen NVH while maintaining a lightweight, thin-wall structure without cold shuts.
